Jordan was an interesting different country. It was so different from all the other countries. It was powerful and felt the need here. Also the spiritual warfare was so different than in other countries.
Jordan is a beautiful country. And also full of biblical historical sites. With my team I was able to visit the Jordan river where Jesus got baptized. We where also able to visit the dead sea and aqaba which is connected to the red sea. We also visit mount nebo where God showed Moses the promise land. We worship in the top of that hill. It was so beautiful.
Now our ministry in Jordan was visiting refugees. From Sundays to Thursday we were busy from 10am-6pm visiting refugees. We had interpreters who would translate for us and knew what to say. They did such a good job. They are believers and sharing the gospel and hope to refugees. We visit refugees from Sudan, Yemen, Syria, Iraq, Jordan. Most of the people we visit were muslims.
Now we were able to harvest and see the fruit of other teams. But also there were other times were we had to sow the field of their hearts and trusting the Lord will do the work in them and other teams will see the fruit. Several families and people accepted Christ. Glory to God.
Now I actually learn how to truly evangelize muslims with patience. I learn these are people that the organization has been working for years, so I can’t go straight and tell them about Jesus. I have to first set the foundation. So since the Quran talks about the prophets. We share stories of the prophets starting with Adam & Eve, Noah, Abraham, Moses, John the baptist, and Jesus stories. All this stories have a message that we can’t do it on our own methods or good works but God provides the solution and has the answer for us. All this answers point to Jesus.
Now the visits were powerful. We saw the light and hope it brought to many refugees. Many said that even if we didn’t offer them much they loved us because we offer them love, hope, peace, and encourage. Many families were excited for the stories and love the stories about the Messiah.
Now one of our visit was a Yemen lady who my teammate and I were the first Jesus believers she ever met. She had a sad story, her husband divorce her, her mother die a month ago, she takes care of her special need brother and sister and three kids. But at first she was kind of closed, but we would share stories of the prophets and Jesus healing and having mercy on several women. We share the story of Jesus having mercy of the woman who was caught in adultery and she shared that in Quran prophet Muhammed stoned a woman after she deliver her baby after getting pregnant. She said at our last visit Jesus was her favorite prophet because his teaching were love and different. She is going to miss us because we brought hope to her. Glory to God! Please pray for this woman (for her protection I am not mentioning her name).
Another visit was to a believer who has been persecuted. God healed her daughter from blindness and thats the reason her family believes in Jesus. But her life became a living hell because she was beat and stab to death but got up in the morgue. Her house was burn down with her and her daughters in it but nothing happen to them. But they did killed her 17 year old son. But despite everything she glorifies and believes in Jesus.
Now another powerful testimony was talking to a taxi driver who was a believer. He told us how Jesus reveal himself to him in a dream and when he told his wife, he found out his wife and children were believers.
Now muslims do believe in Jesus but as a prophet but not as the son of God. So our job was to share stories that pointed to what God was going to do for us through Jesus Christ His Son. That Jesus was the answer.
I also had the opportunity to meet several people that work in several stores or restaurants. I became their friends and we connected. Some of them were interested in learning about the Bible so we had several meetings and they would talk to me about their religion and I would talk to them about the Bible and Jesus.
We are heading to Thailand.

Jordania fue un país diferente e interesante. Fue tan diferente de todos los demás países. Fue poderoso y se mira la necesidad aquí. También la guerra espiritual era muy diferente a la de otros países.
Jordania es un país hermoso. Y también lleno de sitios históricos bíblicos. Con mi equipo pude visitar el río Jordán donde Jesús fue bautizado. También pudimos visitar el mar muerto y aqaba que está conectado con el mar rojo. También visitamos el monte Nebo donde Dios le mostró a Moisés la tierra prometida. Cantamos alabanzas en ese monte, fue tan hermoso
Ahora nuestro ministerio en Jordania era visitar refugiados. De domingo a jueves estuvimos ocupados de 10 am a 6 pm visitando refugiados. Teníamos intérpretes que nos traducían y sabían qué decir. Hicieron un buen trabajo. Son creyentes y comparten el evangelio y la esperanza con los refugiados. Visitamos refugiados de Sudán, Yemen, Siria, Irak, Jordania. La mayoría de las personas que visitamos eran musulmanes.
Ahora pudimos cosechar y ver el fruto de otros equipos. Pero también hubo otros momentos en los que tuvimos que sembrar el campo de sus corazones y confiar que Dios hará la obra en ellos y otros equipos verán el fruto. Varias familias y personas aceptaron a Cristo. Gloria a Dios.
Ahora realmente aprendi cómo evangelizar y hablar a los musulmanes con paciencia. Estas son personas con las que la organización ha estado trabajando durante años, así que no puedo ir directamente y hablarles de Jesús. Primero tengo que poner el fundamento. Y la forma era hablar de los profetas porque que el Corán los menciona. Compartimos historias de los profetas comenzando con las historias de Adán y Eva, Noé, Abraham, Moisés, Juan el Bautista y Jesús. Todas estas historias tienen un mensaje de que no podemos hacerlo con nuestros propios métodos o buenas obras, pero Dios proporciona la solución y tiene la respuesta para nosotros. Todas estas respuestas apuntan a Jesús.
Ahora las visitas eran poderosas. Vimos la luz y la esperanza que trajo a muchos refugiados. Muchos dijeron que aunque no les ofreciamos mucho, nos amaban porque les ofreciamos amor, esperanza, paz y aliento. Muchas familias estaban emocionadas por las historias y amaban las historias sobre el Mesías.
Ahora, una de nuestras visitas fue una dama de Yemen, mi compañera de equipo y yo fuimos los primeros creyentes de Jesús que conoció. Tenía una historia triste, su esposo se divorció de ella, su madre murió hace un mes, ella cuida a su hermano con necesidades especiales y hermana y a sus tres hijos. Pero al principio ella estaba cerrada, pero compartíamos historias de los profetas y Jesús sanando y teniendo misericordia de varias mujeres. Compartimos la historia de Jesús teniendo misericordia de la mujer adultera y ella compartió que en el Corán el profeta Muhammed apedreó a una mujer después de que dio a luz a su bebé después de quedar embarazada. Ella dijo en nuestra última visita que Jesús era su profeta favorito porque sus enseñanzas eran amorosas y diferentes. Y nos va extrañar porque le traimos esperanza. Gloria a Dios! Por favor oren por esta mujer (no pongo su nombre por protección de ella).
Otra visita fue a un creyente que ha sido perseguida. Dios sanó a su hija que era ciega y por eso su familia cree en Jesús. Pero su vida se convirtió en un infierno viviente porque la mataron a golpes y puñaladas pero se levantó del morgue. Su casa fue incendiada a fuego con ella y sus hijas, pero no les pasó nada. Pero mataron a su hijo de 17 años. Pero a pesar de todo ella glorifica y cree en Jesús.
Ahora, otro testimonio poderoso fue hablar con un taxista que era creyente. Nos contó cómo Jesús se le reveló en un sueño y cuando le dijo a su esposa, descubrió que su esposa y sus hijos eran creyentes.
Ahora los musulmanes creen en Jesús pero como profeta pero no como el hijo de Dios. Así que nuestro trabajo era compartir historias de los profetas que señalaban lo que Dios iba a hacer por nosotros a través de Jesucristo Su Hijo. Que Jesús es la respuesta.
También tuve la oportunidad de conocer a varias personas que trabajan en varias tiendas o restaurantes. Me convertí en sus amigos y conectamos. Algunos de ellos estaban interesados en aprender sobre la Biblia, así que tuvimos varias reuniones y me hablaban sobre su religión y yo les hablaba sobre la Biblia y Jesús.
